Manchester United remain interested in bringing Pedro to England

English Premier league giants, Manchester United are strongly negotiating with Barcelona over the £21.3million buyout clause in Pedro’s contract at the Nou Camp.
Man United are understood to have offered £17.7m plus £3.6m in add-ons in an attempt to sign the Spain star who wants to leave Barca in search of more first-team football.
Manchester City are monitoring the situation but have not made any bids. It is known that City would pay the asking price in full if they decide to follow up their interest, though they are wary of being used by Barcelona to put pressure on United.

Enrique admitted that he is in the dark over the player’s future, saying: ‘We all know the situation that Pedro is experiencing. We want him to stay, but it's a difficult decision. Nothing has changed yet, but it will change.
‘Pedro is in a difficult situation. He’s a player who wants to stay but also wants more minutes. All the fans understand the Pedro situation.
'He has been, is and always will be loved by Catalans because of his professionalism.’

Pedro started against Athletic Bilbao in the Spanish Super Cup on Friday, having come off the bench to score a dramatic extra-time winner in the UEFA Super Cup final against Sevilla on Tuesday.
